Upcoming Classes

New Hoopsisters Club

A whole NEW Hoopsisters Club! We will meet once a month for a seminar style class on the projects for the month. We will go over tips and tricks for the projects and review the instructions for the project. This is also a great time to ask questions about past projects, discuss possible trouble shooting issues, share ideas on what you did with the projects and show off completed projects. Bring show and tell and a USB and the files will be loaded during class.

Kimberbell Bench Pillow – Boo!

The only thing scary about this project is the theme! If you are looking at expanding your machine embroidery skills and move into multi-hooping projects then this is the class for you. We will create this cute pillow by marking our fabric and re-hooping multiple times as we create this cute pillow top. If you do not want to use it as a bench pillow the completed project can be turned into a simple table runner or small wall hanging. Also note that some pre-class prep work will be required.

This is an “oldie but goodie”. The pattern has been around for a while, but it’s very “fat quarter friendly”, especially if you’ve bought a fat quarter “bundle” of co-ordinated fabrics (which is what I used), and then two colours that go with your fat quarter colours, one light and one dark.
