Attend this class to acquaint yourself with the basics of how a sewing machine works so you can better understand what is going on under the hood. Discussion will include maintenance (such as lubrication and cleaning) and troubleshooting (for when a problem occurs).

STASH BUSTER 101 Are you looking for a fun and easy way to start putting a dent in your stash and scrap bins? Then you don’t want to miss this seminar. Maureen will present numerous ways of creating beautiful quilted projects using a variety of single shapes. Designs using both Marti Michell’s and PlumEasy templates and rulers will also be discussed. You are sure to be inspired!

EXPLORING THE POSSIBILITIES Have you explored the world of prairie points and how they enhance quilt designs? If you haven’t, then now is the time. You may want to make folded star potholders or just have fun stitching these wonderful little embellishments into your quilt projects.
