Cake Therapy and Beyond: We have a whole new line up of fun classes and patterns this year for Cake Therapy. If you haven’t already attended Cake Therapy, then it’s time you did and find out what you are missing. All we are going to tell you is it takes place once a month at both stores and there are NO FEES for these sessions, but there will be cake! And of course laughter, friends, coffee and tea! Day Retreats/ UFO Days
Would you like to spend the day in the company of other quilters, away from the distractions at home? Then you need to sign up for one of our Day Retreats. We will provide a friendly work area, refreshments and even pop in now and then to make sure you are working hard. All you have to do is bring a potluck item and a project(s) you would like to work on.

Moving and Saving Embroidery Designs: The how, where, when and why of embroidery design saving and transfer. Have a design but not sure how to open it or where to put it, not even sure how to move it? Then this is the class for you. Not only will I be showing you how to do this but we will also be doing a questions and answers period to make sure you understand it the way your mind works with and sees computers. A Charming Bag :18″ W X 9″ D X 13″ H: This versatile bag is made with 5″ pre cut charm squares or squares that you have cut from your own stash fabrics. It can be made in various sizes but the large size will be taught in class and created over two sessions. Soft & Stable is used for the batting so the bag stands up quite nicely when completed.

Offset Stack n Whack: A simple block using squares creates the block designs which are then offset to create a unique quilt top.

3D Flowers: Make a lovely little wall hanging with 3-D flowers. One piece of fabric for the background, one piece of fabric for the flowers, and another one for the stems and leaves. All pieces are in your stash already! If you have some beads to embellish the flowers, so much the better. It’s a little piece of art that everyone will admire. Hand died fabrics or bits of batik work really well for the flowers.
