With one package of charms (or 40 = 5” squares) some from your stash, you end up with a nice little table-topper or a new baby quilt. You might choose a “seasonal” charm pack and make it just for Christmas, or Fall, or Summer or whatever your pack makes you think of.

You will need only 2.5 – 3 meters of a striped fabric and about a 1 meter of a coordinating fabric, for all of the blocks and the border of this 54 X 68 lap quilt. The stripes should be varied in size, a small border print will work. If you use a large border print you will need to buy 4 meters of fabric.
